Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager role sits within the Margin Management organization, responsible for protecting margin, enabling competitive positioning, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cost and pricing data across the Americas. The team operates at the center of supplier cost changes, public online pricing, customer specific pricing arrangements, and commercial decision making—making it a high impact area with direct visibility to leadership.

What You Will Do

Partner with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to align pricing decisions with business strategy, lead and develop a team of 4, own pricing performance tracking, including margin, price realization, and competitive positioning metrics, and work directly with the system implementation partner to enable new pricing capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or finance within a distribution, manufacturing, or B2B environment
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with pricing methodologies including competitor benchmarking, cost-plus pricing, and margin-based pricing
• Strong understanding of large-scale pricing execution in high-SKU environments
• Experience working with pricing systems, data platforms, and analytics tools
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities; ability to work with large datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across ongoing operations and project-based work
• Strong focus on data quality, process rigor, and operational execution
