Job Description
The Primary Care Director is the administrative leader responsible for achieving a cost competitive, value driven system of care for the areas assigned to the clinical departments/units/ or service areas. The position involves providing administrative and operational leadership, developing and executing strategic growth plans, and ensuring optimal patient safety and communication.

Requirements

  • Master degree in applicable field of study
  • Five (5) years of healthcare operations experience in applicable Care Ring/Service Line
  • Strategy minded
  • Ability to effectively allocate resources
  • Capable of assisting executives in defining organizational goals, critical issues, and strategic plans
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking when addressing organizational issues
  • Skilled in fostering a positive workplace culture and building inclusive workplace teams
