Job Description
The Primary Care Director is the administrative leader responsible for achieving a cost competitive, value driven system of care for the areas assigned to the clinical departments/units/ or service areas. The position involves providing administrative and operational leadership, developing and executing strategic growth plans, and ensuring optimal patient safety and communication.
Requirements
Master degree in applicable field of study
Five (5) years of healthcare operations experience in applicable Care Ring/Service Line
Strategy minded
Ability to effectively allocate resources
Capable of assisting executives in defining organizational goals, critical issues, and strategic plans
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking when addressing organizational issues
Skilled in fostering a positive workplace culture and building inclusive workplace teams
