Job Description
Infinite Medical Group is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a part-time position that requires strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills, and a passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
State-specific license in good standing in Indiana
Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
