What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, deliver preventive care, and partner with behavioral health and specialty providers to coordinate care.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Active Virginia medical license
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (primary care preferred)
- Lifestyle Medicine certification or strong interest in lifestyle-focused care preferred
