Job Description
The Primary Care Provider will deliver low-barrier, trauma-informed primary care in a residential recovery setting. This role involves serving individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and homelessness.

Requirements

  • MD/DO degree
  • Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Completed CNME-certified primary care residency program
  • Licensed naturopathic physician in the State of Oregon
  • Active DEA Certification
  • Strong background in mental health and addiction medicine
  • Experience working with homeless and underserved populations
  • Demonstrated skills in primary care medicine
  • Appropriate training to prescribe Buprenorphine
  • Current BLS certification
  • CCC privileging requirements
