Role OverviewThe Dimock Center seeks a compassionate, dedicated Primary Care Provider (MD/NP) to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse urban community. This role is ideal for physicians who want to give back, practice team-based care, and help shape a preventive and chronic care model in a community health setting.
What You Will Do
Delivering patient-centered primary care while integrating preventive, chronic, and acute care strategies. Reviewing and following up on labs, imaging, referrals, and hospital/ED transitions. Documenting clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record.

Requirements
- MD/DO with completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Masters in relevant Degree for NP licensing.
- Board certified or eligible; Massachusetts licensure, DEA registration, and controlled substance license required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of start.
