Requirements

  • Current CDA in Infant Toddler Development
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Bilingual language skills a plus
  • Digital and technical proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedures manuals
  • Attendance reliability
  • Ability to lift a child up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable coming into contact with sick children and taking care of toileting demands of children
