Requirements
- Current CDA in Infant Toddler Development
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Bilingual language skills a plus
- Digital and technical proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedures manuals
- Attendance reliability
- Ability to lift a child up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable coming into contact with sick children and taking care of toileting demands of children
