Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling methodologies
  • Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules
  • Understanding of installation sequencing, procurement coordination, and field execution
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and sequencing requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to identify scheduling conflicts and develop practical recovery plans
  • Experience tracking labor productivity, procurement activities, and project milestones
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced project environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and reporting tools
