Role OverviewThe District Manager is responsible for overseeing retail locations and supervising Retail Store Managers of Prime Communications. They drive sales metrics, execute operational initiatives, control expenses, handle personnel issues, and implement merchandising initiatives.

The DM will demonstrate strong leadership skills, develop and implement programs and processes, and ensure the highest level of customer service throughout their stores.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent
- 5+ years of sales/general management experience
- Previous successful personal sales and customer service background

- Good decision-making skills, problem-solving skills
