Job Description
Consumers Energy is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer to lead large and complex projects that create efficient utility and manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations. The incumbent will develop and lead studies on processes used by various departments and external industry practices to identify ways to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiencies and quality while reducing costs using lean principals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program OR Engineering degree from a non-ABET accredited program plus a Professional Engineering license
  • 7 years Experience in Industrial engineering roles
