Job Description
Prince Waikiki is seeking a Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hotel experience, preferably in guest service, and supervisory experience.

  • Monitor hotel staff
  • Inspect all physical aspects of the Hotel’s appearance
  • Respond to hotel emergencies
  • Handle noise complaints, credit problems, employee conflicts, guest relocations, and reject of undesirable people
  • Manage sub area within Front Office
  • Perform check in and check out
  • Perform general cashiering procedures
