Job Description
Prince Waikiki is seeking a Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hotel experience, preferably in guest service, and supervisory experience.

Oversee day-to-day operations
Supervise staff
Provide exceptional guest service
Field and address guest complaints
Monitor hotel staff
Inspect all physical aspects of the Hotel’s appearance
Respond to hotel emergencies
Handle noise complaints, credit problems, employee conflicts, guest relocations, and reject of undesirable people
Manage sub area within Front Office
Perform check in and check out
Perform general cashiering procedures
