Job Description
RMI is seeking a Principal with deep industry expertise and established professional networks to lead its Buildings Program, working to transform the built environment globally to support a clean, affordable, and healthy future for all.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the buildings, real estate, or buildings technology sector
  • Demonstrated sector credibility and recognized thought leadership in sustainability, energy, real estate decarbonization, or building performance
  • Proven leadership experience (7+ years) managing teams, mentoring staff, and building high-performing, collaborative work environments
  • Track record of developing and executing market-based strategies that drive measurable impact
