Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Principal Administrative Associate to act as the primary coordination hub for agency field operations and manage critical communications. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and managing service requests, monitoring 311 and NYCEM alert systems, and executing impact-based notification models.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • One year of administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
