Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect with a strong consulting background and demonstrated pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable whiteboarding a solution architecture with a client as they are getting into the technical weeds of XDM schema design or RTCDP audience segmentation.

Requirements

  • Experience working with AEP including deep, hands-on consulting/pre-sales and implementation experience at an architect level.
  • Experience with the Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) including profile unification, audience segmentation, and activation.
  • Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) including omnichannel reporting, cross-channel attribution, and analytics implementation.
  • Experience working with the Experience Data Model (XDM) including schema design, field group strategy, identity mapping, and governance.
  • Pre-sales experience including the ability to lead discovery sessions, build solution narratives, and support the sales cycle.
  • Consulting background including prior experience in a client-facing advisory, implementation, or solutions architect role.
  • Data engineering background (secondary).
  • Experience with ETL pipeline design and development.
  • Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and how to implement them (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SQL and data transformation practices.
  • Ability to bridge Adobe data architecture with enterprise data infrastructure.
  • Adobe Certified Expert or Master including Adobe Experience Platform and/or RTCDP.
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Target.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution and consent/data governance frameworks.
  • Experience in a digital agency, systems integrator, or Adobe partner environment.
