What You Will Do
Own Assort’s largest healthcare accounts across the full customer journey, define outcomes, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and plans for delivering ROI, and guide leaders through complex decisions about AI, patient access, and operations.

- deep knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access, and how provider organizations make decisions
- strong executive communication and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- experience leading enterprise programs across multiple departments, workstreams, and senior leaders
- strong product aptitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn technical healthcare products quickly
- the ability to influence without authority, mentor others, and improve how a team operates
- sound judgment, clear prioritization, and comfort making decisions with limited information
