Role Overview

Join our Finance Operations Payments team as a Principal Analyst to manage and execute payment processes, mitigate operational risks, and develop procedural frameworks. Collaborate with diverse teams to lead the evolution of payment workflows toward a future-state model.

What You Will Do

Validate inventory supplier invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, create dispute packages, and communicate with suppliers. Serve as a payment processing backup, review financial reconciliation data, and support risk management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management or Finance or a combination
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing SQL
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical position investigating complex data issues and building scalable solutions
  • Prior experience working in Accounts Payable
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based accounting system
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with multinational entities, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany flows
  • Experience with Coupa, Coupa Pay, or similar procurement system
  • Previous experience working within the travel or technology industries
