Role Overview

Drive change management across Amazon Ads organization, developing strategy to build awareness and knowledge about change among product, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Define change management strategy, tailor industry frameworks, establish channels and mechanisms, refine change management process, define KPIs, and author documents for VP-level leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 8+ years of change management experience
  • 3+ years experience in Advertising industry
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
