The role involves leveraging Wipro's capabilities in consulting, design, engineering, and operations to help clients realize their boldest ambitions and build future-ready, sustainable businesses.
What You Will Do
The Principal Consultant will have hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery. They will also be responsible for identifying AI use cases and translating business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements
- 12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in Claims/insurance segment
