Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Healthcare Transformation practice as a Principal Consultant. The role will support and lead engagements focused on improving payor and provider operations, including evaluating sourcing opportunities and designing operating model improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, sourcing advisory, revenue cycle management, payor operations, or related business services
  • Experience leading workstreams or major deliverables within client-facing consulting, advisory, sourcing, operational improvement, BPO, or transformation engagements
  • Strong consulting skills, including structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, deliverable development, and workstream management
