Role Overview

As a Principal Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness, you will serve as a trusted advisor to nonprofit executives, partnering with leaders to solve complex organizational challenges and build stronger, healthier workplaces. You'll lead consulting engagements spanning organizational effectiveness, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, performance enablement, workforce planning, change management, and HR strategy.

You will lead client partnerships, manage engagements to scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations, deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve annual consulting revenue goals, diagnose organizational challenges, and deliver lasting solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, HR strategy, or management consulting
  • Experience advising nonprofit executive teams and boards
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple sophisticated consulting engagements simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation, executive communication, analytical, project management, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to diagnose systemic issues using both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience growing client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Collaborative, curious, evidence-based, and committed to helping mission-driven organizations thrive
