Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Principal Consultant, Search Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise search solutions using Fusion and SOLR. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance domain, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in search platform administration.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise search solutions using Fusion and SOLR.
  • Tune search relevancy and query pipelines to ensure fast and accurate search results.
  • Create automated processes for bulk and real-time indexing of large datasets from various sources like databases, Hadoop, and flat files into Solr.
  • Design, create, and manage Solr clusters, including shards and collections.
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex issues related to Solr, Fusion, and related technologies.
  • Work with DevOps/SRE/IT teams to troubleshoot logging issues and build observability into CI/CD pipelines.
