Role OverviewJoin a dynamic team dedicated to national security through cutting-edge technology. As a Principal Contracts Administrator, you will administer assigned contracts, ensure compliance with prime contract requirements, and negotiate with existing or prospective clients. This is a hybrid role based out of the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia metro to attend periodic meetings.
What You Will Do
Administer assigned contracts, including contract modifications, ensure compliance with prime contract requirements, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations with existing or prospective clients. Review, draft, and negotiate pre-award related contractual agreements, including NDAs, TAs, and MOUs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of contracts administration experience in a government contracting environment
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with key stakeholders and program leadership to solve complex issues
- Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Proven experience managing a variety of contract types including CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP-LOE, and FFP
