Job Description
Principal-Custom Market Research Consulting Services. The job requires a Principal to work directly with clients in a sell and deliver model to provide value-added input, develop business opportunities, and deliver projects built around strategic issues within Pharmaceutical Custom Market Research. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years' experience consulting in the life science industry, in-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings, and the ability to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years' experience consulting in the life science industry required.
  • In-depth and long-standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level to support sales goals of $2-3M
  • Possesses exemplary business development skills with a proven track record of success from prior roles selling upwards of $2-3M in revenue.
  • In-depth understanding of the IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Values people’s opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.
  • High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
  • Ability to profitably price engagements.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%.
