Job Description
Staffbase is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to support their largest enterprise customers in North America. This role focuses on driving business outcomes, increasing platform adoption, and mentoring internal communications teams to improve their strategies. The company is rapidly scaling, with a strong revenue base and customer base.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Consulting, or Strategic Account Management, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
6+ years of leading or advising on editorial strategy within a mature comms program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating globally across business units and leadership levels
Proven ability to guide organizations through change, deliver measurable outcomes, and act as a trusted partner
