Role OverviewAs a Principal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle support of Radio Frequency (RF) coaxial cable, telecom, and fiber products used in wireless infrastructure applications. This role bridges product management, manufacturing, quality, and customers to ensure wireless communication products meet performance, reliability, cost, and time-to-market objectives.
What You Will Do
Manage and prioritize all engineering efforts, direct development of new products, support Sales and Marketing, review national and international codes and standards, represent the Company at industry meetings, guide customers in product selection and installation, direct troubleshooting efforts, develop training programs, and provide functional direction to the engineering group.

Requirements
- Four-year Electrical Engineering degree (Master’s preferred)
