Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to manage key internal and external initiatives, driving innovation and value for customers. This role involves project management, customer engagement, strategic initiative implementation, and mentoring team members. It emphasizes a focus on integrating AI to enhance workflows and problem-solving.
Requirements
Active Security Clearance Required
Minimum of 12 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
8+ years in Customer Engagement roles
Prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience in leading key projects
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Facilitation skills in leading and planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Strong customer orientation
Active listening skills
Critical thinking
BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline (preferred)
