Role OverviewAs a Principal Engineer for Business Process Automation, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise workflow automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. You will identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into efficient workflows, and streamline critical business operations to improve efficiency.

Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise workflow automation solutions, work closely with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of the end-to-end implementation and continuous optimization of business process automation solutions.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in innovation and delivery platforms
- 4-7 years of experience in the complete lifecycle of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions
- 4-7 years of demonstrable subject matter expertise in utilizing no-code/low-code platforms
- 4-7 years of experience in developing strategies for automation platforms
- 4-7 years of experience in defining and implementing cost-effective and compliant licensing models
- 2-4 years of experience integrating AI/Generative AI models or agents with workflow platforms
- Less than 2 years of experience with agentic architectures
- Less than 2 years of proven track record in leveraging AI to augment human workflows
