We are looking for a seasoned engineer who can operate across our ecosystem and partner with specialists on the team. The ideal candidate will be excellent at engineering fundamentals and able to reason about design across platforms.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain solutions across our stack, serve as a technical partner and advisor to specialists, lead and elevate code reviews, own and improve our deployment and release process, and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong general-purpose programming skills and solid computer-science fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Python, relational databases, cloud infrastructure, integration/middleware platforms, JavaScript, and modern web development
- Experience designing and reasoning about system architecture and integrations across multiple platforms
- Strong code-review skills and a genuinely high bar for code quality and engineering practices
- The ability to earn influence through credibility rather than title
- Practical experience with CI/CD, version control, and managing deployments to production
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to onboard into unfamiliar codebases and systems quickly
