What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain solutions across our stack, serve as a technical partner and advisor to specialists, lead and elevate code reviews, and own and improve our deployment and release process.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong general-purpose programming skills and solid computer-science fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Python, relational databases, cloud infrastructure, integration/middleware platforms, JavaScript, and modern web development
- Experience designing and reasoning about system architecture and integrations across multiple platforms
- Strong code-review skills and a genuinely high bar for code quality and engineering practices
- The ability to earn influence through credibility rather than title
- Practical experience with CI/CD, version control, and managing deployments to production
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to onboard into unfamiliar codebases and systems quickly and become productive with minimal hand-holding
