Role OverviewThe Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Principal Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of a product—from concept and development through production, launch, support, and retirement. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Primary management of Agile PLM processes, lead implementation of new PLM and systems to support QMS processes, create items/documents, bills of materials, ECOs, Deviations, MCO, EOL etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10+ years of related professional experience
- 5+ years industry experience in product lifecycle management, engineering systems or PLM
- 5+ years hands-on PLM experience (implementation, configuration, or administration)
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale PLM deployments or transformations
- Experience working in complex, regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
