Requirements

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
  • Influence and evolve the organization's technology strategy and architecture
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges
  • Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Conduct and lead code and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards, patterns, and strategic goals
  • Drive root-cause analysis and lead rapid resolution of production issues and incidents
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specs, and implementation guides
