As a senior technical contributor, you'll design and commercialize epoxy adhesive formulations, lead performance testing, validation, and technical problem-solving, and develop new intellectual property.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with UV/light-stable 1K and 2K epoxy systems for outdoor applications
- Deep knowledge of epoxy formulation, polymer/materials science, and structure-property relationships
- Expertise in UV stabilization, degradation mechanisms, weatherability, and outdoor durability
- A successful record of taking products from concept through commercialization
- Experience with formulation development, performance testing, and validation
- Ability to independently lead multiple technically complex development programs
- Strong scientific problem-solving and experimental design capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience developing patents or other intellectual property is highly valued
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience is preferred
