Job Description

Uncommon Schools is a nonprofit network of high-performing public charter schools dedicated to providing an exceptional K-12 education in economically disadvantaged communities. They are seeking Principal Fellows to commit to leading schools and developing instructional leadership. This fellowship is based on core competencies and involves comprehensive professional development, school immersion, and mentorship. The principal fellowship ends after completing the foundational elements and allows for the eventual becoming of a principal.

Requirements

At least 3 years of teaching experience with evidence of outstanding student growth and achievement
At least 1 year of experience coaching, leading, and/or managing teachers
Bachelor's degree
