Role OverviewThe Principal Industrial Security Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Industrial Security Program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), customer requirements, and internal policies. This role will support fast-paced, high-profile programs and create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include DD254 management, supporting security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, conducting and overseeing self-inspections, internal assessments, and preparation for DCSA reviews, and providing security guidance and training to junior employees, site leadership, and program teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Industrial Security or relevant experience
- Current active SECRET Security Clearance, with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance
- Experience with government security databases: DISS, NISS
- Experience with safeguarding and accountability of classified information
- Working knowledge of the following standards/documents; 32 CFR part 117, NISP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or 365, including MS Word, MS EXCEL
