Role OverviewSkyworks is seeking a Principal IT Project Manager to join its IT Manufacturing Systems Hillsboro team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter proficient in project management, business process analysis, industrial engineering concepts, and cross-functional support.

Lead and support IT Manufacturing Systems projects, manage expectations within the business, drive cross-functional IT team to achieve those expectations, and facilitate business process analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of demonstrated experience in project management or other leadership roles
- Working proficiency using Smartsheet, Wrike, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams or similar project management/collaboration tools
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Working proficiency with relational database design, SQL query construction, stored procedures (preferably MSSQL, Oracle, Databricks, MySQL)
- Semiconductor industry experience highly desired
