Role Overview

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan that aligns with and supports the region’s revenue goals. The role spans the Waters total portfolio including instruments, consumables and application-specific offerings with a focus on environmental and materials science testing, regulatory compliance, and sustainability-driven market trends.

What You Will Do

Own the development and execution of the Americas environmental and materials science business plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, regulations, customer needs, and competitive activity to develop regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or environmental science or materials science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of environmental and materials science regulations, industry drivers and testing workflows using LC, GC and MS
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Waters core values
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all corporate departments
  • Self-motivated with the ability to flexibly respond to changing demands
