Role OverviewThe Principal Pricing Compliance Analyst reports directly to the Director, Pricing & Estimating, and will perform assigned compliance duties related to proposal preparation. This role is in Textron System’s Finance business area. The analyst will be the focal point for DCAA Estimating System Audit to ensure Textron meets all FAR/DAFRs pricing regulations.
What You Will Do
The analyst will provide proposal development support ensuring submittal is RFP and FAR (when applicable) compliant, support proposal fact-finding and audits, assist with ProPricer maintenance, configuration, and licensing tasks, and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at standardizing and strengthening material estimating workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field with 10+ years of related experience, working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS, and ability to obtain a security clearance.
