Role OverviewThe Principal Procedure System Specialist will implement and maintain the integrated procedure management system (IPMS) and develop effective programs for policy and procedure management. The role involves providing guidance and direction to M&O procedure organizations, maintaining company-level policy and procedure collection, and participating in the development of tools to improve the usefulness of the policy and procedure collection.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing safety training, obeying safety rules, and making safety an integral part of each task. The Specialist will also participate in and support the development of tools for improving the usefulness of and access to the company-level policy and procedure collection, conduct field evaluation reviews, and initiate, develop, and implement improvements to the IPMS.

Requirements

- MBA degree and 2 years of related accounting/financial experience
- BA/BS degree in business administration and 5 years of related accounting/financial experience
- Associate degree in business administration and 8 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma and 11 years of relevant experience
