Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Process Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team to work on the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine processes, advanced manufacturing techniques, and a proven ability to optimize production workflows in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering working with high-speed machining.
  • CNC expertise with Fanuc, Siemens 840D, G-code/M-code, and CAM software (Mastercam, CATIA V5+, Siemens NX) required.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 standards preferred.
  • Proficient in GD&T required.
