Role OverviewAs a Principal Associate of Process Management within Transaction Processing, you will be responsible for ensuring all risk efforts are flawlessly executed. You will bridge the gap between technical, product, and risk teams, collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders to align on priorities and drive collective decision-making.
What You Will Do
You will act as a single point of contact to partnering with Product and Risk, ensuring successful execution of assessments, testing, audits, and regulatory requests. You will also provide peer leadership and influence, serving as a mentor to junior team members and advocating for well-managed practices across broader initiatives.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of process management or risk experience
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
