Requirements
- 5+ years working with or leading successful teams focused on product management or development.
- Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed with our overall tech stack and ancillary solutions.
- Proven decision-making skills with experience guiding prioritization and ability to make trade-off decisions to meet customer needs and technology constraints.
- Demonstratable track record of delivering quality work on time, working with cross-functional teams and knowledgeable in UX design, technology, and data analysis.
- Mortgage industry domain experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or a product manager.
- Experience in helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of Lean Software Development principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline.
