Role OverviewMedtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology with a Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading US downstream product marketing activities that drive revenue growth and market share gains. This role will develop and own the marketing initiatives and tactics to further grow the ACM portfolio through strategic collaboration with both distributors and OEM partners.
What You Will Do
Accountable for portfolio performance including revenue growth, share development, pricing integrity, and margin protection with distribution and OEM partners. Enable successful portfolio commercialization through market insights, value-based messaging, launch support, and joint marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in medical device marketing or advanced degree with at least 8 years of experience in medical device marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated ability to write effective business plans, marketing plans, and product plans
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team, listening effectively to others
- Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects, with good organizational skills
