Job Description
Supermicro is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of next-generation Rack solution products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of product development, rackmount related technical solutions, and strong background in mechanical, thermal, and/or electrical engineering.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute effective strategies for product deployment based on technical requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve product-related challenges
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure technical feasibility
  • Engage in ongoing communication with customers to answer technical questions and address concerns
  • Create comprehensive positioning statements, marketing collateral, and sales training materials
  • Create and manage detailed technical and procedural documentation
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and project deployments at customer sites
