Role OverviewAs a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Bayer Digital Farming's FieldView product vision to fruition across the delivery lifecycle of our digital product. Your impact will range from conducting discovery on key business outcomes to breaking down work into globally scalable capabilities that solve our users' pain points while satisfying the needs of our business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Product Management, Business, Science or any product development related field.
- 12+ years of product management or related roles in digital agriculture
- Experience in agile software development with a strong knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Proven record of successfully launching digital products globally that contribute positively to business and customer outcomes
- Proven record driving product customer validation
