Role OverviewThe Principal Program Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts, providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success. The role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and other teams.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include preparing cost & schedule reporting, financial variance analysis, and funding planning, as well as reviewing financial reports and presentations for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with the program business role, SAP, and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and/or PowerPoint.
