Role Overview

The Principal Program Manager will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies. They will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs. The role involves planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of program execution, anticipating and identifying potential issues and risks, and providing strategic advice and thought leadership.

What You Will Do

The Principal Program Manager will develop and implement plans, business processes, and tools to drive efficiencies, emphasize accountability, and promote transparency. They will direct services provided by multiple large program teams, secure resources required to deliver services, and monitor team performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field
  • DBIA certification
  • Experience leading the consultant or owner program management team of at least one infrastructure program with a capital value of $1 billion
  • Knowledgeable of other alternative delivery/contract models
  • Willingness to travel regularly
