Role Overview

Lead major transit and rail programs across North America, including High-Speed Rail, Commuter Rail, Light Rail, Streetcar, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Transit Facilities, Electrical Systems, and Transit Systems Engineering programs. Provide executive oversight of multidisciplinary engineering teams. Lead integration of electrical and systems engineering disciplines throughout project development, testing, commissioning, and startup.

What You Will Do

Lead large, complex transit and rail programs from planning through design, construction, and closeout. Provide oversight of a portfolio of transit and rail projects across multiple regions and clients. Monitor revenue, profitability, schedule performance, budget performance, resource utilization, risk exposure, and client satisfaction.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including electrical engineers and systems engineers. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business, Construction Management, Transportation, Public Administration, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
