This onsite role supports Program Managers and Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) across complex engineering programs and is ideal for individuals looking to grow into full program management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Support Program Manager(s) across all phases of the program life cycle, from proposal support through execution and closeout. Collaborate with scope owners to track and assess scope closeout, burndown plans, and key performance metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, program support, engineering, operations, finance, or related), or Master's degree degree with 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, program support, engineering, operations, finance, or related). We will also consider 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working on large or complex programs or projects, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with scheduling or project management tools is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
