Role OverviewAs a Principal Project Manager with transit experience, you will provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and executive oversight for the successful planning, design, and delivery of complex, high-value infrastructure and transit projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, direct multiple concurrent projects, and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives, organizational goals, regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules.
What You Will Do
Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the transit project's lifecycle, produce and coordinate several projects concurrently, establish client relations, and track financial aspects of projects.

This role requires a Principal Project Manager with transit experience, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. You will work with major NY metro area transit agencies, such as the MTA, NJ Transit, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, or other regional transportation authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 15 years related experience
- A minimum of 7 years project management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
