Role OverviewAs a Principal Project Manager with HDR's Transportation Business Group, you'll lead complex, high-value infrastructure and transit projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, directing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, organizational goals, regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules.
What You Will Do
Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the transit project's lifecycle, produce and coordinate several projects concurrently, establish client relations, and track financial aspects of projects.

Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Extensive experience working with major NY metro area transit agencies
- Experience mentoring project managers and technical staff
- Familiarity with Primavera P3 or SureTrak software
- Familiarity with Prolog software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 15 years related experience
- A minimum of 7 years project management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
